Does your firm have a 24 hour emergency answering service?

We operate from Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays) between 8.30 am and 5.30 pm. If we are unable to assist you with your call outside our operating hours, we shall attend to your matter immediately the following working day. In case of emergency you may contact us at 9733 3507

9.   I have already engaged the services of another firm. However, I wish to discontinue my relationship with the other firm and want to engage the services of your firm. Could I do this?

Yes, you may do so. However, you must first notify the other firm of your intention to discontinue their legal service so that the lawyer can apply to the Court to discharge himself from acting for you any further. At the same time, you must settle any outstanding legal fee owed to the other firm.

10.   Who will be handling my case? Will my case be assigned to a junior lawyer or some other assistant?

The lawyer of your choice from our firm will personally handle your case from start to finish. However, he may enlist the assistance of our para-legals and legal associates to assist him in your case.
